We are looking for experienced professionals in at least one or more of the following sectors:

· Cleaning
· Business and Management
All applicants must have achieved a minimum Level 3 qualification/standard within their vocational area in order to enrol.
The role of Assessor Coach is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to share and teach their industry knowledge, skills and behaviours to upskill the nation’s workforce.
The Assessor coach will:
Work alongside an experienced qualified Tutor to support a cohort of apprentices, working with the e-portfolio system and using Quest's teaching and learning curriculum resources
Work closely with the Head of Curriculum, Lead IQAs and other teaching staff to develop their teaching and learning and contribute towards curriculum development
Be responsible for booking in their own teaching sessions, preparing resources, communicating with employers, apprentices and Quest staff
Develop professional relationships with employers and apprentices, ensuring they are meeting the apprenticeship funding rules and making regular progress
Complete regular reviews of learning and assessments
Attend further training to develop CPD and good practice
Deliver teaching & learning via appropriate online systems and software
Work to contractual and company business targets within own area of responsibility.
Take responsibility to ensure safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion are promoted and monitored continually in all areas of the job role.
Adhere to all company Policies, Procedures and Processes at all times and embrace the ethos, values and behaviours as set out in the company Framework.
Work under own initiative and represent the company, as front-line personnel, offering high levels of customer service.
Specific Requirements:
Essential:
Have relevant occupational qualification/standard specific to sector (Level 3 minimum requirement)
At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant occupational area
Undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Full UK Driving Licence
GCSE English and maths A*-C/9-4 or L2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (or prepared to work towards)

The company delivery model is tailored to remote working although some travel will be required therefore successful applicants will need to drive.
Location: Remote working – Head office, Dartford, Kent
Contract length: 18 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Hourly rate: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
