Elaine Wain

Elaine has spent over 17 years in further education, working at colleges and private training companies. Elaine started her own training company in 2007, and the formation of Quest was a natural step in bringing together an experienced team who understand and focus on quality and delivery. Elaine's leadership and vision has driven Quest from strength to strength.

Sue has 30 years experience in post compulsory education and in particular vocational areas - business administration, management, team leading and teacher training.

Contracts and Networking Manager
Tyron has 12 years experience working within Further Education. He has worked across various roles as a tutor, within administration, office management, marketing and is currently our Contracts and Networking Manager.

CURRICULUM & QUALITY MANAGER
Tracey has been at Quest for over 14 years as a tutor, QA and curriculum specialist. Tracey is now responsible for the curriculum and for quality management.

Della has been at Quest for 17 years as a tutor, QA and curriculum specialist. Della is now responsible for quality and compliance.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Brian has been at Quest since the beginning of 2019.
He is one of our account managers and works with employers and providers producing our contracts and invoices.
SAM QUICK

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Sam has been at Quest since 2018.
Sam is one of our account managers and works with employers and providers. Sam is responsible for customer liaison, guiding and supporting learners and settings with their apprenticeship related enquiries.
