Online Apprenticeship Training

Updated: Jan 18

The last year has brought a lot of challenges to apprenticeships and the way that Quest operate. Quest have overcome and adapted to ensure all our apprenticeships can run with the full learning support that apprentices and their employers deserve.

To ensure complete transparency, we have updated our delivery offer. We are 100% committed to supporting you with training and development during the Covid-19 pandemic.

All of our tutors will complete remote learning for all apprentices.

Current and future apprentices with Quest can expect to receive all the guidance, documentation, resources and support as they would receive with face-to-face delivery. We have implemented technological solutions to overcome barriers in learning.

All of our apprenticeships allow apprentices to learn online. We have developed resources to ensure that apprentices have all the support and learning opportunities that you would get with our usual face-to-face delivery, including:

  • Online e-portfolio with resources, communication tools and plans

  • Learning videos recorded by our sector experts

  • Live teaching sessions led by our tutors

  • Small group online teaching sessions

  • Remote End-Point Assessment, where the apprenticeship flexibilities allow

  • Online forms and signatures for all apprenticeship enrolment paperwork

  • Contact-free solution to sitting Functional Skills exams (coming soon)

  • Online Employer meetings to discuss ideas and best practice

We will continue to support our apprentices with special educational needs and disabilities, and our tutors have individual support for apprentices available.

It can be a lonely and scary time, and we would like to remind you that our dedicated Safeguarding Officer is available if you want or need to talk to someone via safeguarding@questfortraining.com

We have a dedicated phone line to our Safeguarding Officer that is operated 24/7.
