Sending confidential information in an email can be risky.

We want to protect you from this risk by suggesting the following:

• Password protect the file - e.g. zip file or pdf with a password 
   

• Send a password protected link - e.g. Dropbox or OneDrive

Both of these methods require us receiving the password separately
