    I’m Elaine and I founded Quest Training 20 years ago after a career change while raising a young family. My journey began as an early years worker, progressed to assessor at a local college, then into training provider management. I eventually branched out as a subcontractor for colleges before securing my own government contract. This hands-on experience across all aspects of childcare training at every level gives me unique insights into the sector.

    Hi I’m Trish, I have been a part of Quest for 17 years. During my time here, I have achieved my Level 3 and Level 4 in Early Years as well as my Assessor Award before progressing into Tutor and Quality Assurer roles. I am now working as a Marketing Co-Ordinator within the Business Development Team, helping to improve and deliver our learner journeys through quality communication and practice to impact the quality of training we provide. I’m forever learning and developing in my role.

    Hey I’m Sammie, I work as a Contracts Coordinator and have been with Quest 11 years. I also oversee contracts administration and enjoy supporting the wider team. I’m proud to be part of Quest and to contribute to the important work we do.

    Hey I’m Charlotte, I have been working with Quest since 2022. As the Contracts Administrator, I work closely with the Contracts Coordinator to manage funding contracts and keep our knowledge base for funding guidance up to date. I coordinate the assessment step for apprentices, the liaison with external assessment organisations and the results reporting. My Health & Safety role also includes working with an external partner to ensure compliance. I have a strong passion for sustainability and actively work to promote this through the business.

    I’m Debbie, and have played a key role within the delivery team as a Delivery Administrator at Quest for 19 years. My role involves working across different systems, including Ecordia and Capsule, to ensure learner information and programme records are accurate and up to date. I support learners from the beginning of their journeys with welcoming onboarding and assisting with their queries as well as issuing certificates on completion. I work closely with the wider team to ensure processes run smoothly.

    Hey I’m Sally, I’m an Early Years Tutor with 13 years experience. I’ve been at Quest for the past 2 years and my current role combines Tutor, Curriculum Specialist and Quality Assurance Responsibilities. I deliver a range of qualifications including Level 2, 3 and 5 Early Years, Level 3 Team Leadership and Level 3 Business. I oversee curriculum updates and support the planning and implementation of new qualifications, and I sample learners’ work to ensure quality standards and compliancy are met.

    Hi I’m Hayley, an Early Years Tutor who has been working at Quest for 2 years. I have been an Early Years Tutor for over 18 years and have the experience of completing my own apprenticeships to fully understand the support each individual apprentice needs on their learning journey.

    Hi I’m Helen, I have worked with Quest for over 10 years as a Tutor and Quality Assessor where I deliver a range of qualifications and apprenticeships in Adult Care and Playwork. I enjoy supporting learners to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence, and helping them work towards achieving their individual goals. Alongside delivery, I also act as a Learning Support Assessor, sourcing additional funding and support for apprentices who face significant barriers to learning.

    Hi I’m Michelle, I support learners at Quest Training with Functional Skills Maths, working closely with individuals to build confidence and help them achieve their qualifications. Having worked in the childcare sector since 2007 as a nursery practitioner, nanny, and childminder, I bring valuable industry insight to my role. I enjoy helping learners overcome challenges with maths and develop the skills they need to progress in their qualifications and future careers.

    Hi, I’m Mandy and I am a Tutor and Quality Assurer who has worked at Quest for almost 10 years. I have been in the Adult Care sector for 30 years, first starting as a volunteer support worker before eventually becoming a registered residential manager. I have been an assessor/QA for 20 years and have worked in diverse teaching fields including with the Royal School of Military Engineering. I also support learners with Functional Skills in English and co-ordinating/monitoring delivery.

    Hi, I’m Sue. I began my career in post-16 education back in 1983, teaching office skills to disengaged learners in Thamesmead. Over the next 30 years, I worked across finance, contracts, audit, compliance, and even marketing within several apprenticeship providers, Quest included, where I spent almost nine years. After retiring in 2021, I joined Quest’s Board of Governors, though I never really stepped away. I’ve always been proud to support the team whenever needed.

    I’m Cheryl and my passion has always been to help people. I started my career with the Civil Service and British Telecom where I progressed into training roles, before returning to university to become fully qualified in a teaching capacity. I joined Bexley Council in 1995 and have worked in Learning and Organisational Development ever since. I have supported a multitude of vocational learning, apprenticeship, and trainee schemes as well as early careers/work experience placements. Now as a qualified life coach and member of the Kent Coaching and Mentoring Academy, I focus on helping individuals realise their potential.
