The last 3 months have been extremely challenging times, and here at Quest Training we have been implementing some changes to help our apprentices, employers and staff work safely. We have adapted our delivery of our apprenticeship training via some very important partners.
Remote Learning via Zoom
We have been using Zoom for the last 8 weeks to extend our teaching and learning to all our apprentices. We have been able to deliver online classroom teaching, one-to-one meetings and resources. Zoom is a fantastic resource that can be used with laptops, tablets or smartphones.
Digital Paperwork with SignNow
The use of digital paperwork and signatures have revolutionised our ability to complete paperwork online. We have been inundated with requests for new starts during this period, and the use of SignNow allows our apprentices and employers to start their apprenticeship journey. Our Business Development Team will combine this with a phone call to help ensure the paperwork is completed with the apprentice and employer.
